Professional Biography

Davide Braghini is Co-Head of the Real Estate Department at Gianni & Origoni.

He specialises in mergers and acquisition and company law with a focus on the real estate industry. His practice includes negotiating sale and purchase of real estate assets and companies, co-investment and joint venture agreements, advising on real estate development projects, construction, property management and lease agreements, real estate development, real estate investment funds, and negotiating the relevant management agreements.

Davide also has a general m&a practice, with particular experience in the financial services and insurance industries, where he has an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework.

He earned a Law degree cum laude from the University of Milan in 1993. In 1994 he worked in London as Visiting Foreign Lawyer at Penningtons Solicitors.

Davide joined the firm in 2009.

He has authored several publications and speaks at domestic and international conferences and master classes on company law and real estate matters.

Davide has been a member of the Italian Bar since January 1997.

He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.
