At its core, the firm operates as a “one-stop-shop” for real estate market legal solutions, offering full-service support across every stage of a project. Their deep knowledge of legal tools and strong understanding of the business and market context enable them to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound advice.

Their real estate practice encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Asset commercialization, including negotiating institutional leases (triple net) for commercial spaces in warehouses, industrial buildings, shopping centres and offices.
  • Real estate financing and investment structuring, including acquisition and property development financing, mezzanine or bridge financing, forward funding structures, bond-issue schemes, and fund-raising.
  • Joint-venture and platform agreements, supporting the creation and growth of commercial real estate portfolios.
  • Comprehensive property development support, including negotiating development-management agreements (DMAs), general-contractor agreements, design agreements (e.g. with architects), as well as co-investment structures.
  • Advisory on real estate acquisition, for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

The firm’s founders — Maciej Duch and Artur Lisicki — previously led large real estate practice teams at major firms. The rest of the team was assembled to deliver high-quality, client-focused advice with an all-embracing approach and a commitment to long-term relationships.
