Professional Biography

Alejandra’s practice covers lead management and advice to local and foreign companies on a wide variety of legal matters relating to real estate transactions and development of real estate projects.

As a member of the Baker McKenzie Latin America Real Estate Steering Committee, she has worked to leverage cross border experience and practice. Alejandra has been now appointed as Chair of the Steering Committee and has a sit at the Global Real Estate Steering Committee.

Alejandra regularly drafts and assists in negotiations of pre-acquisition and acquisition agreements and ancillary corporate and commercial documents. She assists in construction projects and build to suit projects, and has provided transactional and legal advice for those projects with private and public owners, analyzed alternative legal structures and counselled on risks and compliance with environmental regulations affecting property development and operations.
