Professional Biography

Gabriele Etzl is a Partner and heads the Real Estate Law Department. She has vast experience and continuously advises on major real estate transactions in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. Her vast expertise focuses on large-volume national and cross-border real estate transactions, real estate financing transactions, real estate restructuring projects, commercial and private landlord and tenant law, real estate developer contract law, as well as public real estate law, with a special focus on zoning law, building law and trade law.

Gabriele has been identified in several national and international rankings as one of the leading real estate lawyers in the country. She is also a lecturer in real estate law at the Law Faculty of the University of Vienna and author of several real estate related publications, in particular also on real estate law and real estate financing in Austria and CEE.
