Professional Biography

Dr. Hildrun Siepmann is a founding partner of the highly recommended real estate boutique law firm Capstone Legal, based in Hamburg, Germany. She specialises on advisory services for real estate transactions (asset and share deals), project developments and asset management. Her clients include both local and national project developers, institutional investors, family offices and asset managers.

Dr. Siepmann was recognized by Chambers Germany in 2025 as one of Germany’s leading figures in real estate law. She has been ranked by the JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms among Germany’s seven ‘rising stars in real estate and construction law‘ consecutively for the past five years. Additionally, she has long been recommended by Handelsblatt in collaboration with the U.S. publisher Best Lawyers as one of Germany’s best lawyers for real estate law.
