Levy Amitay is Managing Partner of Goldfarb Gross Seligman and serves as Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. In this capacity, Levy, one of Israel’s top real estate attorneys, advises and manages complex real estate transactions and large-scale real estate projects.

Among others, Levy specializes in large-scale residential, commercial and office projects, as well as in real estate finance transactions and in the legal consulting of holding groups and real estate companies, some of the largest in the Israeli market and internationally.

In recent years, Levy handled a significant portion of the largest and most complex commercial and real estate transactions in Israel – both from the legal rights’ status aspects and from the transaction’s commercial and financial aspects.
